I am so excited to share that my book… Not Drinking Tonight… is officially available for preorder! This book is really my manifesto. It may be about alcohol, but I can guarantee you, every one of us will benefit from this book. It talks about alcohol use as a symptom of much deeper rooted issues (some mental health wise, some biological, some evolutionary and of course, how our society impacts us).
