Individual Therapy

Through individual therapy sessions, our therapists will work with you to develop a custom treatment plan that is solution focused and based on your specific goals, needs, and values. We will empower you with the tools and support so need so you can resolve your issues, detach from your thoughts and break free from negative behavioral and thought patterns.

Most of the women that see us for sessions are seen for individual therapy.

Video Counseling

If you’re an existing client, or a new client interested in video sessions - let us know! We are proud to offer HIPPA compliant video counseling sessions for those unable to visit our office.

Group Therapy

In addition to individual counseling, group counseling allows those with similar issues to connect with each other and find support.

We currently offer a small group that helps women in recovery through the challenges they often face during their first year of sobriety. Group topics include relapse prevention, co-addiction, navigating 12 step programs, spirituality, social skills, and family dynamics.

This group meets every Wednesday from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. for women with a minimum of 30 days sober. The group is $50 per 90-minute session.

One of the most effective methods of therapy for those with substance abuse or eating disorders is group therapy.

Leave each group meeting with new skills to help you change your life, as well as new friends to provide perspective and support.

EMDR

EMDR is a holistic and form of therapy designed to diminish negative feelings associated with memories and traumatic events. The goal of EMDR is to fully process past experiences and sort out the emotions attached to those experiences. Negative thoughts and feelings that are no longer useful are replaced with positive thoughts and feelings that will encourage healthier behavior and social interactions. Ultimately, it teaches self efficacy as you teach your brain how to regulate itself. Though it was originally developed for PTSD, we find this intervention effective in treating a wide range of mental health symptoms including: anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief and loss. We also offer a subset of EMDR called Brainspotting.

You’ll have the opportunity to learn more about your therapist prior to your appointment, and if you decide to do your sessions in our office - you’ll love the easygoing, relaxed vibe. (No old men recording notes about you in a basement)
