We also offer sex therapy for our couples or individuals struggling with sexual health concerns.
We are proud to offer HIPAA compliant video counseling sessions for those who are unable to visit our office or who would prefer virtual sessions. Recent research shows that teletherapy is just as effective as in person therapy, so if that is what is holding you back, give virtual sessions a try. Many of our clients do both!

We deeply believe in community and de-stigmatizing mental health issues, which is why we offer workshops in person and online. These workshops teach you about a specific topic, such as boundaries, trauma, or grief.
We also offer group therapy (up to 10 members) that are 6-8 weeks long so you can get information tailored to you in an intimate setting.
The goal of EMDR is to fully process past experiences and sort out the emotions attached to those experiences. Replacing negative with positive encourages healthier behavior and social interactions that ultimately lead to self efficacy. We find this intervention effective in treating a wide range of mental health symptoms including: anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief and loss. We also offer a subset of EMDR and Brainspotting.

She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University. “In addition to individual therapy, I'm in a weekly group. I've created wonderful friendships here. It's also functioned as a safe space for me to experiment with things like stating my needs, getting vulnerable, setting boundaries, and receiving feedback from a non-therapist. Therapy for Women has saved my life and then stuck with me to help me rebuild it from the bottom up.”
