Individual Therapy

Mental health issues affect more than just our individual lives – they can impact our families, partners, and loved ones. We’ll find solutions and strategies as an unbiased third party to get the skills and tools you all need to thrive. We also offer sex therapy for couples or individuals who are struggling with sexual health concerns.

Couples + Family Therapy

Walk and talk therapy is just as it sounds! You and your therapist will pick a location to meet near our office and walk for the duration of your session. It is a great alternative for clients who struggle to feel comfortable sitting face to face with a therapist.

Some clients report that it allows them to get in touch with their body, open up more easily and reduce stress. This can make it even more effective than traditional talk therapy. We offer it at all three of our locations.

Walk & Talk Therapy

We deeply believe in community and de-stigmatizing mental health issues, which is why we offer workshops in person and online. These workshops teach you about a specific topic, such as boundaries, trauma, or grief.

We also offer group therapy (up to 10 members) that are 6-8 weeks long so you can get information tailored to you in an intimate setting.

The goal of EMDR is to fully process past experiences and sort out the emotions attached to those experiences. Replacing negative with positive encourages healthier behavior and social interactions that ultimately lead to self efficacy. We find this intervention effective in treating a wide range of mental health symptoms including: anxiety, depression, chronic pain and grief and loss. We also offer a subset of EMDR and Brainspotting.

These therapy options are incredibly powerful with helping people utilize their creativity to gain insight into themselves and learn how to regulate their emotions.

Art therapy can help you tap into your emotions more deeply or uncover things you didn't realize were affecting you. It can also be helpful for individuals who struggle to identify "what to talk about in therapy".

“In addition to individual therapy, I'm in a weekly group. I've created wonderful friendships here. It's also functioned as a safe space for me to experiment with things like stating my needs, getting vulnerable, setting boundaries, and receiving feedback from a non-therapist. Therapy for Women has saved my life and then stuck with me to help me rebuild it from the bottom up.”
