Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. All payments must be paid upfront and we can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursed from your insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage. Important questions to ask are, "What are my mental health benefits", "What is my deductible or what is my out-of-pocket max", and "Do you cover session code 90834?". Contact us directly for more guidance.

Can you help if I don't have a mental health diagnosis?

Yes! While some find diagnosing helpful, we do not always think it is necessary. We believe therapy is for everyone, regardless of whether you think you have a "problem" or know you have a certain diagnosis.

How long does therapy last?

The length of time varies greatly between clients and is dependent on what issues they are working through and how long they’d like to spend in therapy. Our goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered, and consistently applying tools to maintain your freedom.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF YOUR SESSIONS?

Individual and couples sessions are 45-50 minutes, intakes are 60 minutes

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 24 business hours notice for cancellations. Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays. If not, you will be charged for the full fee of session.

HOW DOES CONFIDENTIALITY WORK?

Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions: 1) if a child is in danger, 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself, or 3) if you are planning on harming another person.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm with limited Saturday appointments.

We accept HSA/ FSA accounts, and all major credit cards, A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Please note we do *not* accept cash.
