Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider. All payments must be paid upfront and we can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursed from your insurance company. We recommend calling your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage. Important questions to ask are, "What are my mental health benefits", "What is my deductible or what is my out-of-pocket max", and "Do you cover session code 90834?". Contact us directly for more guidance.

Can you help me if I don't have a mental health diagnosis?

Yes! We specialize in working with women who are looking for short-term counseling and are dealing with specific issues such as stress, breakups, anxiety, infertility, grief, relationship issues etc. We typically recommend starting out with 5 sessions of highly structured, solution-focused therapy that is tailored to your exact needs.

How long does therapy last?

The length of time varies greatly between clients and is dependent on what issues they are working through and how long they’d like to spend in therapy. Our goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered, and consistently applying tools to maintain your freedom.

WHAT IS THE DURATION OF YOUR SESSIONS?

Individual sessions are 45-50 minutes, intakes are 60 minutes, and group sessions are 90 minutes.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If not, you will be charged for the full fee of session.

HOW DOES CONFIDENTIALITY WORK?

Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions: 1) if a child is in danger, 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself, or 3) if you are planning on harming another person.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Monday-Friday from 8am-8pm with limited Saturday appointments. Note: each therapist has a different schedule. Please contact us directly for specific information.

We accept HSA accounts, all major credit cards, cash or personal checks. A credit card on file is required to book an appointment

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Your therapy begins by filling out our booking form. We will support you in finding the best therapist to match your needs. You can also request a free 15 minute phone consultation before booking.

Can you help me if I do not identify as a female?

Absolutely! You do not need to be biologically female to work with us. We specialize in working with women, those who identify as female (womxn), trans women and members of the LGBTQ community.
