Comprehensive Online Therapy Services in New Jersey

Individual Therapy: Our therapists provide virtual therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, and other mental health concerns. Sessions are conducted through secure, HIPAA-compliant video platforms from the comfort of your home with a therapist licensed in your state.

Couples Therapy: We offer online couples therapy and marriage counseling for New Jersey couples looking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their relationships. Our therapists are trained in the Gottman Method and other evidence-based approaches.

Teen Therapy: Our specialized therapists work with New Jersey teenagers dealing with anxiety, depression, school stress, family conflict, and identity issues through age-appropriate virtual therapy sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

We work as out-of-network providers for our New Jersey therapy services and provide detailed superbills for insurance reimbursement. Many clients receive significant reimbursement from their insurance companies for out-of-network mental health benefits.

All initial intakes are an additional $50; family and couples sessions are an additional $25. Rates vary by therapist:

We accept HSA/FSA accounts, and all major credit cards, A credit card on file is required to book an appointment. Please note we do *not* accept cash.

Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions: 1) if a child is in danger, 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself, or 3) if you are planning on harming another person.

Dr. Eli Muhrer, MD

Dr. Eli Muhrer is a board-certified psychiatrist based in Philadelphia. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a multidisciplinary focus on the human experience from Vassar College. He studied mood disorders at the National Institutes of Mental Health before obtaining his MD at Harvard Medical School. After completing his psychiatry residency at the University of Pennsylvania, he had advanced training in the medical treatment of mental health disorders (substance use, eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, & PTSD) as well as different forms of psychotherapy.

Meg Manangón, PMHNP-BC, IBCLC

She/Her

Meg Manangón, PMHNP-BC, IBCLC is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner living and working in Philadelphia. She is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. Prior to nursing, Meg dedicated her career to supporting reproductive health and justice as an organizer, doula and international board-certified lactation consultant. Within psychiatry and mental health, Meg is experienced and passionate about caring for patients with a variety of conditions but especially ADHD, OCD and reproductive mental health concerns such as perinatal mood disorders, menopause and PMDD.  She has advanced training from Postpartum Support International and advanced training in Perinatal Psychopharmacology. Meg earned her Master of Science in Nursing Education from and BSN from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Meg lives in South Philly with her 3 year old Rafa and partner Juan. She fills her own cup through time with family, crafting, cheering for college basketball and singing loudly in her car.
