Our Main Line therapy office in Bala Cynwyd offers in-person counseling for individuals and teens dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and trauma. We have a special focus on supporting moms with parenting and perinatal mental health challenges. We serve clients throughout the Main Line, including Ardmore, Narberth, Bryn Mawr, and Wynnewood.
Our Main Line Office is located at 33 Rock Hill Road in Bala Cynwyd, PA 19004. It is located between Manayunk, Belmont Hills, Penn Valley and Narberth. It is conveniently located right off of 76. Rock hill road is situated between Belmont Avenue and Conshohocken State road. Our office is located in a building that also contains Center City Pediatrics. Our building is located on the first floor, the first left when you walk in. The building is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are located on the first floor.

Psychiatry & Medication Management
We offer psychiatry services at all three of our Philadelphia locations as well as our South Jersey office in Collingswood, NJ. Our small team of board-certified psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners have advanced training in mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, perinatal mental health and more. We’ll match you with a psychiatrist that specializes in your specific concerns and who can work with your therapist for comprehensive mental health care in Philadelphia or New Jersey.

We are an out-of-network provider for therapy on the Main Line. All payments must be paid upfront and we can provide you with an invoice or superbill to get reimbursed from your insurance company. We encourage you to call your insurance company directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage.

At our Main Line office, we offer individual therapy, marriage and couples counseling, psychiatry (medication management), therapy for teens and EMDR. Our interns also have limited spots available at this location, which allows us to offer low cost therapy in Philly.
