“I believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship – it’s where understanding, acceptance, and real change can happen.”
My path to becoming a therapist has been anything but traditional. After earning my first master’s degree and working in community mental health and substance use agencies, I chose to step away from practice to raise my four children. During those years as a stay-at-home mom, I navigated my own challenges with OCD through exposure therapy and experienced profound losses, including my parents and youngest brother. These life experiences, combined with the transformative power of my own therapy, led me back to this work with renewed purpose. Currently completing my MSW at Bryn Mawr College, I bring both clinical knowledge and the wisdom that comes from truly living through life’s complexities.
I specialize in working with individuals experiencing trauma, grief, anxiety, depression and substance use. My person-centered, trauma-informed approach honors your unique story while recognizing how our relationships and attachments shape who we are. Having worked extensively in substance use treatment, I understand the courage it takes to face addiction and am here to support you wherever you are in that journey. I integrate mindfulness-based techniques to help you develop practical tools for managing life’s uncertainties. Whether you’re processing trauma, navigating loss, or feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, we’ll work together to find what specifically helps you move forward.
In our work together, we’ll co-create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences and relationships. I believe deeply in the healing power of the therapeutic relationship – it’s where understanding, acceptance, and real change can happen. My eclectic, relational approach means we’ll draw from various modalities to support your unique needs. If you’re ready to embrace your reality with greater self-compassion and move toward the life you want, I’m here to help.

Forming a deep and meaningful connection with someone which can lead to tremendous insight, growth, and change. It's a beautiful experience to be a part of.
I came in second place in the the sixth grade spelling bee. I misspelled spaghetti (one of my favorite foods!)
I am working on attaining my second master's degree, on becoming a better (and more patient) potter, and on getting physically and emotionally stronger.
