You deserve support that honors all aspects of your experience.

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve you? Maybe past trauma surfaces when you least expect it, or depression makes even simple tasks feel impossible. Perhaps you’re navigating grief that feels too heavy to carry alone. For some of you, hormonal challenges like PCOS, PMDD, or menopause might be intensifying these struggles, creating a frustrating cycle where your body and mind feel at odds.

I specialize in helping women and teens heal from trauma while navigating life’s complex challenges. Whether you’re processing childhood trauma, recovering from PTSD, working through anxiety and depression, or dealing with the emotional impact of reproductive health challenges, we’ll work together to help you reclaim your sense of safety and control. My training in EMDR and Trauma-Focused CBT allows us to go beyond traditional talk therapy to process difficult experiences and develop practical coping strategies that actually work for your life.

Women facing hormonal health challenges deserve a space where both their physical and emotional experiences are validated. Together, we’ll explore how conditions like PCOS, PMDD, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, or menopause intersect with anxiety, depression, and trauma responses while building resilience and self-compassion. The journey to and through motherhood and parenting can bring unexpected emotional challenges. You need support that understands the full picture of maternal mental health.

I am also passionate about working with teens and young adults. Growing up is already overwhelming, and when you add anxiety, depression, trauma, or family stress to the mix, it can feel impossible to navigate. I create a genuine, non-judgmental space to explore emotions, develop healthy coping skills, and build confidence. Whether it’s school stress, relationship challenges, or processing difficult experiences, I help young people find their voice and strength.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I also work with couples navigating these challenges together and am dedicated to providing affirming care for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC individuals. Whether you’re dealing with grief, work stress, relationship issues, or the intersection of trauma and hormonal health, you deserve support that honors all aspects of your experience. If you’re ready to start healing and building the life you want, I’m here to walk alongside you. Let’s begin this journey together.

Fun Facts

Ideal Saturday

Sleep in and enjoy coffee in my mug of the day. Collecting mugs from vacations, random places, goodwill is one of my favorite hobbies and I love getting to have a different mug each day to match the mood of the morning.

Any supersititons?

I have to make my bed each morning to ensure I have a good day.

How do you take your coffee?

Coffee is one of my major food groups, I love enjoying a coconut flavor in my iced coffee or blueberry in hot coffee. I’ve never met a cup of coffee I didn’t like.

Favorite trip?

Traveling to Arizona with my best friend to see a band called The Maine. It was my first time out west and seeing such different terrain and marked 30 times of seeing a band I love!

Favorite way to move your body?

Morning walks with my partner. It’s a way we get to connect before the rush of the day and getting steps in helps me feel motivated to tackle the day.

“No practice has helped me the way Therapy for Women has.”

“I have been to many therapists for trauma work but no practice has helped me the way Therapy for Women has. This practice is based on mutual trust. Your therapist will happily share bits of their own life experiences. This always makes me feel less alone in what I am experiencing and make sessions feel so comfortable. I really think this practice is something special and I am SO happy I found it when I did.”

“Therapy for Women empowers clients to see change in themselves.

“Therapy for Women offers a fresh and modern approach to therapy which involves empowering clients to see change in themselves. They give you tools to supplement what’s talked about in session so you can go home and practice life skills. This step has been so crucial for my long-term recovery and emotional stability. The therapists genuinely care for each client. No matter why you go to Therapy for Women, these women WILL change your life. I really can’t thank them enough.”

“Therapy for Women has saved my life and then stuck with me to help me rebuild it from the bottom up.”

“In addition to individual therapy, I'm in a weekly group. I've created wonderful friendships here. It's also functioned as a safe space for me to experiment with things like stating my needs, getting vulnerable, setting boundaries, and receiving feedback from a non-therapist. Therapy for Women has saved my life and then stuck with me to help me rebuild it from the bottom up.”

“They just genuinely care about their patients.”

"I found this center when I needed it most in life. They matched me with a few therapists and first time was a charm. The center itself is very quick to act if you need anything. I see a psychiatrist within the practice as well and he too is amazing. They just genuinely care about their patients. You don’t feel like a time slot to them."

“…the very first therapist they hooked me up with was my perfect match.”

"Finding the right therapist is the hardest journey when you are already at your worst. I've tried multiple and none were working for me. But then I was told about Therapy for Women Center and the very first therapist they hooked me up with was my perfect match. We've been together coming on 2 years and she has really been amazing."

“The office has a soothing atmosphere, you immediately feel comfortable and at ease.”
