I provide practical skills you can use immediately while also helping you heal the deeper wounds driving your anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles.
Do you keep falling into the same frustrating patterns in your relationships or with your kids? Maybe you lose it over small things, shut down when stressed, or can’t figure out why certain situations trigger such big reactions. You’re trying so hard to change, but nothing seems to stick.
Your reactions make sense and early experiences and past relationships shape how you respond today. I help clients uncover these connections and understand why they react the way they do—then we work together to actually change those patterns. Using a trauma-informed, psychodynamic approach, I provide practical skills you can use immediately while also helping you heal the deeper wounds driving your anxiety, depression, or relationship struggles.
Like many therapists at TFW, I have been in therapy myself and understand how difficult it can be to find the right support. When I was younger and navigating a life-shattering loss, I didn’t have access to therapy or the language to understand what was happening internally. I stayed stuck for years, desperate to move forward but not knowing how. This experience deeply informs my work and fuels my passion for creating therapy that feels supportive, insightful, and deeply human. I would be honored to walk alongside you when you feel ready to begin.

I’m currently building an “Act Two” of my life—returning to professional work after intentionally prioritizing raising my kids. I’m focused on integrating what I’ve learned through parenting, relationships, and personal growth with my clinical training. This season feels less about striving and more about alignment, showing up with greater clarity and presence in both my work and my life.
Long walks, whether I’m wandering through a town full of life or unplugging in a nature preserve—either way, it leaves me feeling energized.
Raising 3, thriving kids.
