We take a holistic mind and body approach and hold yoga and wellness events for women in the Philadelphia community.  We have something for everyone - regardless of if you are our client!

Led by psychotherapist and registered yoga teacher, Kathryn Nulf, ma, ncc, ryt

- Use gentle yoga to embody mindfulness skills
- Learn how to access your intuition through your body
- Discover how to experience your emotions in a non-judgmental way and regulate them
- Increase your self worth 
- Create more meaning in your life through everyday mindfulness

Combining the ancient practice of yoga with modern psychology, in this group you will...

- Cost: $195 for 5 weeks
- Wednesday's 6:30-8:00pm
- Dates: November 13, 20th 
              December 4, 11, 18th
- No yoga or therapy experience required
- Open to anyone interested in mindfulness, yoga & mental health
- Bring a yoga mat, journal and comfortable clothing
