“I provide a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space for my clients.”
We all struggle at times—I’m so glad you’ve made the decision to start therapy and get support. As someone who has been to therapy to address challenges with identity and mental health, I know how difficult it is to take that first step.
I specialize in working with people who have eating disorders and body image concerns. I also have experience working with people who have depression and anxiety, folks in the LGBTQ+ community, and those facing stressful life transitions. In my work with clients, I integrate approaches including cognitive-behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and relational. I tailor therapy to meet the unique needs of each of my clients, and I work from a trauma-informed, weight-inclusive, Health At Every Size framework. I provide a safe, warm, nonjudgmental space for my clients to work towards living more authentic and fulfilling lives.
I can see clients located in any of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado Connecticut, Delaware, DC, Florida, Georgia , Idaho Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington DC, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming
I studied abroad in Greece in college--it was amazing. I hope to go back with my wife someday.
It’s so hard to pick just one. I love key lime pie, but also ice cream in the summer can’t be beat.
I am honored that my clients allow me to be a part of their journey. It’s truly the coolest job in the world.
Hanging out with one of my cats (the other hates people!), going for a walk, or scrolling on TikTok.
Anything outside or at the beach. Yoga and walking are two of my faves.
