“I strive to nurture a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity.”
Having been on the other side of the couch, I understand how powerful and transformative it can be to not have to hold everything on your own. For those who have grown up highly sensitive and anxious, this often translates into an innate ability to connect deeply with others. It is important to recognize that the same level of care shown to others is equally deserved. It is not comfortable, nor sustainable, to set ourselves on fire to keep those around us warm. I feel privileged to be able to walk alongside clients as they create a path that is supportive and prosperous.
I strive to nurture a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is grounded in warmth, compassion, and authenticity. My therapeutic approach is informed by psychodynamic, attachment, mindfulness, and relational principles. I am insight-oriented and trauma- informed, and work with a client’s existing strengths to lead to a more fulfilling life. I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. I have notable experience in working with teens and young adults navigating concerns related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, individuation, relational/family concerns, and life transitions.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is essential to be able to cultivate an environment where clients can express themselves wholeheartedly. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space to broaden a client’s perspective to recognize and adapt patterns that can hinder their daily quality of life. I am passionate about working with young adults, college students, and those who are curious about/identify as neurodivergent. I look forward to meeting you!

Spending time outside or hanging out with my orange cat, Mango!
Hiking, dancing, yoga, and running! Sitting still can be challenging!
The ways I've continued to heal and grow to be able to show up tenderly for myself and those around me.
