As a therapist working from a person-centered framework, I personalize my therapeutic approach to meet you where you are. For couples, I use the Gottman method. I understand that we are all doing the best we can with the tools that we have, so I use CBT to assist you in developing strategies for regulating your emotions, communicating your feelings, and identifying your values. I want you to feel empowered to navigate life’s challenges. I am here to help you break that cycle by choosing healing instead.
