I believe that therapy is for everyone, and that no "problem" is too big or too small to bring to the therapeutic space—whether you have a specific concern in mind or have just been feeling a bit stuck lately. With experience both as a client and a therapist, I understand the complex feelings that can accompany beginning therapy for the first time or seeing a new therapist. I know the value of creating a non-judgemental space to feel seen and understood, and I strive to foster that supportive environment so clients can create a life with more connection and purpose outside of the therapeutic space. Prior to joining TFW, I have supported clients the fields of interpersonal and sexual violence, substance-related grief and loss, and outpatient therapy.

My approach is person-centered, using a blend of psychodynamic, relational, internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness techniques to meet each client where they are at and address their unique goals. Embracing the social work principle of social justice, I take into account and explore with clients the ways in which oppression and marginalization impact their lived experiences and the context in which they navigate the world, heal, and grow.

As a queer therapist, I aim to provide care that is affirming to clients' identities and I am kink- and poly-aware. I enjoy collaborating with clients and using the therapeutic space for self-reflection and exploration, building coping and relational skills, and celebrating clients’ strengths and resilience.
