Therapy for Women is a group practice based out of Philadelphia. We specialize in working with women and support them in healing from Anxiety, Depression, Trauma,  Eating Disorders, Substance Use Disorders, and OCD. Our mission is making therapy accessible, modern and dare we say... cool? We believe in the importance of hiring therapists with lived experience, who have been to therapy before and who truly "get it". We believe in being humans first and therapists second.  While we specialize in working with women with the above issues, we treat anyone regardless of gender, sexuality and have expanded our services to also include: couples counseling, family therapy and sex therapy. 

While we understand and value that clinicians have different specialities, it is important that anyone who joins our team is trauma informed, weight neutral/ fat positive, loves growth and innovation and committed to social justice work work as these are guiding principles of our practice. 

We especially value clinicians from diverse backgrounds and our goal is to create a team that represents the diversity of the world we live in. We highly encourage individuals from marginalized communities (People of Color, LGBTQIA+, Individuals in larger bodies and folks with lived experience with the issues they treat) to apply.
