Growing up, I struggled to cope with the grief of my parents' divorce and my best friend's eating disorder. Therapy was one of the first places I remember feeling seen and understood. I worked through my anxiety and codependency issues and it changed my life. And I have a feeling it may change yours.

Therapy is for everyone, and I am committed to creating a non-judgmental, sensitive, empathetic, and humor-filled space where therapy no longer feels intimidating - so that you can really get to know yourself and feel empowered to move forward in the world and create a life you love. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression and eating disorders. Many times our EDs function to keep us feeling safe, in control, and valuable, so before/after treatment can feel like an impossible balancing act. I’m here to walk you through that process.
