As a child, I knew my career path would involve helping others. I am open-minded, observant, curious, and empathetic. My strength lies in understanding that everyone and every situation is unique (person, diagnosis, treatment, or treatment plan). My person-centered framework allows me to focus on creating a genuine, confidential, and trusting relationship with my clients.

As someone who has experienced mental health challenges myself, I know how important it is to have someone who understands, cares and guides you through the toughest challenges in life. I work from a wellness based perspective and I believe that creating a sense of empowerment is the ultimate goal for therapy. I believe that we can all benefit from learning how to hold space for ourselves, how to love ourselves from the inside out, and become empowered individuals.
