Do you accept insurance?

We are an out-of-network provider only. This means that if you have out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with an invoice or super bill to get reimbursement for your insurance company, however you must pay us up front
If you are unsure if you have out-of-network benefits, we recommend calling your insurance company directly. Important questions to ask are, "What are my mental health benefits", "What is my deductible or what is my out-of-pocket max", and "Do you cover session code 90834?". Contact us directly for more guidance.

How much do you charge per session?

Amanda charges $150 per session. Maddie charges $135 per session. Stephanie and Kathryn charge $115 per session. All initial sessions and family sessions are an additional $25. We do have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. Please contact us directly for more information.


Can you help me if I don't have a mental health diagnosis?

Absolutely. Many of the women we work with do not have a mental health diagnosis. We specialize in working with women who are looking for short-term counseling and are dealing with specific issues such as stress, breakups, anxiety, infertility, grief, relationship issues etc. We typically recommend starting out with 5 sessions of highly structured, solution-focused therapy that is tailored to your exact needs. 


How long does therapy last?

The length of time varies greatly between clients and what issues they are working through, including how long someone would like to spend in therapy. Our goal is to get you to a place where you are stable, empowered and consistently applying tools to maintain your freedom. The minimum number we typically see clients for is 5 sessions, if they are stable and dealing with a specific issue.


What is the duration of your sessions?

Individual sessions are 45- 50 minutes; family sessions are 60-75 minutes and group sessions are 90 minutes.


What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. If not, you will be charged for the session. Payment is required at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged. Due to the high demand for evening sessions, if several sessions of yours have been cancelled in the past, we may not be able to offer you an evening slot. We accept HSA accounts, all major credit cards, cash or personal checks.


How does confidentiality work?

Everything that is said during a therapy session is completely confidential with three exceptions-- 1) if a child is in danger 2) if you are in danger of harming yourself 3) if you are planning on harming another person.


​What are your office hours?

We have availability Monday- Friday from 8am-8pm. Each therapist has a different schedule. Please contact us directly for specific information about scheduling and availability.


What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept, Health Savings Account (HSA) cards, credit cards, cash and checks. We do require a credit card on file in order to book an appointment


how do i get started?

Your therapy begins with a free phone consultation. You may also book an appointment online directly. 


Can you help me if I do not identify as a female?

Absolutely! You do not need to be biologically female to work with us. We specialize in working with women, those who identify as female (womxn), trans women and members of the LGBTQ community.
