My hope is to support women who have struggled with disordered eating, particularly black and brown women. Growing up, I struggled with body image and went through my own journey to have a balanced relationship with food. Along that journey, I met very few practitioners who shared my background, and I came to realize that I may have to be the representation that I desperately sought out.

I'm on the path to becoming a therapist, training to support others who may be struggling with eating disorders, trauma, and various issues in a holistic and modern way. Together we can reach a point of healing.
