Growing up in the world of musical theatre, I know what it is like to constantly feel like your best isn’t enough, and the anxiety of things always being out of your control. I find kindness and self compassion to be the most imperative parts of the therapy process. Too often in this life we are our own worst critics, when we could be our biggest cheerleader! My goal for sessions is to help guide you to the answers you already have within. I believe transparency between therapist & client is an imperative element in creating a strong therapeutic relationship. This means I will laugh with you, and also give you a little dose of reality if needed.
I practice using Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) mixed with Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). This means I use radical self acceptance and mindfulness alongside cognitive therapy. All therapy I provide is LGBTQIA+ and gender affirming, and allied towards BLM, Poly/Kink/Non-Monogamous, Sex Worker and Alternative Lifestyle communities.
SPECIALTIES: anxiety & depression, ADHD adolescents, lgbtq+, ocd

HOW I TAKE MY COFFEE:
Crocheting with my cat Martin on my lap if it’s cold, or reading on the beach if it’s nice.
